CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of exhibition driving.

* Michael W Williams, 18, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Gary W Sides, 61, 221 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Randy Randall, 36, 1004 Maple Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit device.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at 539 Cape Meadows Circle.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported.

* Burglary, a damaged window and theft of televisions, an Xbox 360, games and accessories were reported at 617 S. Park Ave.

* Burglary, a damaged door and theft of a television, laptop and firearm were reported at 716 Jefferson Ave.

Thefts

* Theft was reported.

* Theft was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 2502 Tanner Road.

* Saint Francis Medical Center, 14 Doctors Park, reported a stethoscope stolen.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported cosmetics stolen.

* A clutch was reported stolen at 1923 Emily Court.

Miscellaneous

* Indecent exposure was reported.

* A 40-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 48-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
