DWI
* Theodore W. Cowgur, 28, of Fruitland received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
Arrests
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of third-degree assault.
* Matthew R. Lowery, 48, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on an O'Fallon, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for larceny.
* Curtis L. Smith, 31, 337 N. Ellis St., was arrested in a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation.
Summonses
* Laseric M. Danner, 23, 1602 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
* Trey A. Simpson, 18, 1640 N. Spanish St., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault with armed criminal action was reported.
Thefts
* A stereo face plate was stolen from a vehicle at 2038 Brink Ave.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 905 S. Ellis St.
* A theft was reported at 400 Spring Ave.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 423 Lorraine Drive.
Property damage
* A vehicle's trim was reported damaged at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
* A vehicle's side door was reported scratched at 1311 Brenda Kay Court.
Burglary
* Second-degree burglary was reported at 1800 Perryville Road.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported.
* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
