The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
• Alicia D. Havel, 36, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• JoAnna C. Creasy, 21, 931 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession.

Summonses

• Ian L. O'Brien, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
• Melissa C. Criddle, no age given, of Thebes, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Carl A. Bryant, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Lindsy D. Keller, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Heather M. Haynes, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• June M. Trovillion, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for prohibited dumping.

Thefts

• Identity theft was reported.
• Stealing and fraud were reported.
• Clothing and shoes were reported stolen at Macy's, 3049 William St.
• A scooter and helmet were reported stolen at 516 S. West End Blvd.

Burglary

• Vehicle rims were reported stolen at 231 S. Ellis St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Failure to yield was reported.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
• Forgery was reported at 2112 Broadway.
• An animal bite was reported.
