  • JoAnna C. Creasy, 21, 931 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession.

  • Ian L. O'Brien, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
  • Melissa C. Criddle, no age given, of Thebes, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Carl A. Bryant, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
  • Lindsy D. Keller, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
