Arrests
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Brandon M. Depree, 31, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
* Lashay E. Pinkerton, 44, 45 West End Blvd. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
* Derekus M. Parker, 22, 1076 Linden St., No. 11, was issued a summons for fireworks violation and resisting arrest.
* Kevin B. Hess, no age given, 605 E. Adams St., No. 1, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Assault
* Assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
Thefts
* Campus Auto and Tire, 1404 Independence St., reported stealing and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported shoplifting of a black bow, shampoo, hair product and conditioner.
Burglaries
* Burglary and the theft of several tools were reported at 1511 Bertling St.
* Burglary, stealing and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 1714 Montgomery St.
Miscellaneous
* Quick N Save, 2861 Themis St., reported forgery.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
