The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher D. McTheney, 32, 114 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Tennessee warrant for false report.

* Lamonte D. Cole, 20, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Darieth J. Nunley, 21, 607 Maple St., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.

* Derekus M. Parker, 22, 1076 Linden St., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.

Property damage

* Vehicle tires were reported destroyed at 3093 William St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 317 S. Pacific St.

Theft

* A PlayStation, two computer tablets and a cellphone were reported stolen at 903 S. Pacific St.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported at 3439 William St.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Department of Public Safety released the following item.

DWI

* Amanda Kreighbaum, 35, of Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
