Arrests

* Ebony Vest Jones, 25, 2823 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.

* Joshua L. Faulkner, 18, 922 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and possession with intent.

* Shane A. Brito, 31, 1224 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Melvine C. Stuckey, 19, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Brandon W. Walls, 31, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. A3, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for nonsupport and failure to appear for traffic offense.

* Derek D. Renshaw, 23, 1746 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motorized scooter with suspended license, no proof of insurance and failure to wear a helmet.

* Preston L. Hobeck, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing.

* Burglary and theft of a television were reported at 118 West End Blvd.

* Theft of a 2003 dark blue Ford Explorer, Missouri license plate OSS-874, was reported at 439 Optimist Drive.

* Theft of Missouri license plate WG4-S9F was reported at 6 S. Henderson Ave.

* Theft of a check was reported at 844 S. Ellis St.

* Cape Girardeau Honda, 385 Siemers Drive, reported the theft of a gold Lexus RX 350 with Missouri dealer license plate D372-LS.

* Theft of a utility trailer was reported at 306 Independence St.

* Theft of an iPhone and case was reported at 2102 William St.

* Derick D. Tucker, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Emmanuell Pinto, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for exceeding posted speed limit.

* Darious R. Whitney, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of burglary, property damage and stealing.

* Curtis W. Wills, 59, of Jackson was arrested on a Perryville, Mo., warrant for failure to abate nuisance call for court date.
