* Levi Ross Elledge, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear.

* Shannon Dean Davis, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of having an open container of alcohol.

* Stacy R. Anderson, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for seat belt violation.

* Misty Irene Wilfong, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for speeding.

* Two juveniles, ages not given, were cited into juvenile court for a curfew violation.

* Debra M. Logan, age not given, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested for failure to appear on city warrants.
