CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of property damage, resisting arrest and being beyond parental control.
- Morgan A. Smith, 21, 650 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession and failure to use signals.
- Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, possession of marijuana, not having a valid license and not having license plate lamps.
Summons
- Darren P. Lafrance, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage for damaging a wig, key and headphones.
Assaults
- Domestic assault was reported.
- Domestic assault, robbery and burglary were reported.
Burglaries
- Burglary, the theft of a PlayStation 4 and money and damage to a window were reported at 910 S. Sprigg St.
- A burglary and damage to a window were reported at 37 Doctors Park.
Theft
- A laptop was reported stolen at 2816 Larkspur Court.
Miscellaneous
- Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
- Forgery was reported.
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Tiana J. Lewis, 21, of Pulaski, Illinois, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for obstruction and a Scott County warrant for larceny.
- Fred E. Robinson, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
- Michael P. Vincent, 38, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and stealing and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear and theft.
- Corney L. Brown, 24, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property and two Scott County warrants for probation violation and nonsupport and failure to appear for stealing.
