DWI

  • Julia Marie Niemira, 17, 2021 Lacey St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

Arrests

  • Toni Lynn Wiseman, 37, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.
  • DeShawn M. Smith, 20, 1636 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Samantha B. Ratledge, 18, of Scott City was issued a summons for being a minor in possession.
  • Robert E. Seabaugh, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
  • Kaytlyn L. Sizemore, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

  • A Missouri license plate 1AD-540 was reported stolen at 555 N. Spring Ave.
  • Theft was reported by Boulder Construction.
  • A water pump from a motor vehicle was reported stolen.

Burglaries

  • Burglary and theft of a TV, PlayStation, laptop and iPhones were reported at 1970 N. Sprigg St.
  • Burglary and stealing were reported at 714 Broadway.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

  • A&A Rental reported a vehicle was damaged.

Miscellaneous

  • A violation of an order of protection was reported.
  • A 57-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 50-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
