The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of fraud at 1650 N. Kingshighway.
- Deron M. Moore, 31, 1527 N. Spanish St., was arrested at 429 N. Frederick St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
- Gabriella B. Durham, 22, 651 Onyx Lane, was arrested at Shawnee Parkway and Fountain Street on two Cape Girardeau warrants for striking a legally parked vehicle and no seat belt.
- Joe M. Ward, 63, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested at Limbaugh Drive and Shawnee Parkway on a St. Louis County warrant.

Summons
- Cierra J. Perker, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.
Burglary
- Burglary and theft were reported at 2557 Copperfield Court.
Theft
- Theft was reported at Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St.
