The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lorrie L. Dodson, 55, 508 Cape Meadows Drive, No. 35, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation and resisting arrest.

* Charles A. Philley III, 33, of Oklahoma City was arrested on an Oklahoma warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Summonses

* Lois M. Probst, 73, 2831 Hemlock, Apt. C, was issued a summons for stealing.

Thefts

* Medication was reported stolen at 807 William St.

* Target, 202 Siemers Drive, reported a theft of a television.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A window was broken from a vehicle and a wallet was reported stolen at 2906 Beaver Creek Drive.

Property damage

* Accidental damage to a car door was reported at 3265 William St.

* Damage to carpet, cabinets and blinds was reported at 51 Hazel St.

Miscellaneous

* A 49-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A handgun was reported found.

* A request for service was reported.
