The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* James D. Noland, 49, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for littering.

* Two juveniles and two adults were in custody on suspicion of stealing.

* James Z. Zeschke, 21, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Anthony Smith, 18, 209 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Ryan Joseph Christian, 20, 1138 Landgraf Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Gregory Ryan Adams, 24, of Ironton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

Thefts

* A vehicle license plate was reported stolen at 904 Themis St.

* A handgun was reported stolen from a vehicle at 623 Louis St.

* Phillips 66, 3276 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 Route K, reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 39-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
