  • Driving while intoxicated (drug intoxication) and assault on a law-enforcement officer were reported at Saint Francis Drive and Gordonville Road.
  • Eli W. Gohn, 25, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Matthew E. Otten, 31, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was arrested on a Washington County, Illinois, warrant for possession of dangerous drugs.
  • Austin E. Bush, 26, 1964 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of driving while suspended.
  • James H. Williams Jr., 50, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

  • Jason L. Radcliff, 38, of Park Hills, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Heather D. Dieffenbac, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage at 624 Boxwood Drive.

  • Mark D. Sparks, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.
  • Carmella A. Johnson, 26, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Lisa G. Cianfrone, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for disturbing the public peace and a Hudson County, New Jersey, Sheriff's Department warrant for dangerous drugs.
