CAPE GIRARDEAU

• The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Driving while intoxicated (drug intoxication) and assault on a law-enforcement officer were reported at Saint Francis Drive and Gordonville Road.
• Eli W. Gohn, 25, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Matthew E. Otten, 31, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was arrested on a Washington County, Illinois, warrant for possession of dangerous drugs.
• Austin E. Bush, 26, 1964 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of driving while suspended.
• James H. Williams Jr., 50, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

• Jason L. Radcliff, 38, of Park Hills, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Heather D. Dieffenbac, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage at 624 Boxwood Drive.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
• The theft of a credit/debit device was reported.
• The theft of a credit card and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 8 N. Sunset Blvd.
• A credit card and purse were reported stolen at 230 N. Sprigg St.

Burglaries

• Burglary and the theft of tools and lawn equipment was reported at 1150 N. Henderson Ave.
• Second-degree burglary and property damage were reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• Assist other agency was reported.
• An animal bite was reported at 1232 S. Pacific St.
• Unlawful use of a weapon and damage to walls and siding were reported at 430 Washington Ave.
• A 30-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• Violation of an order of protection was reported.
• Tampering with a victim or witness was reported.
• Failure to return to confinement was reported.
• Identity theft was reported.
• A person was taken into protective custody.

Arrests

• Lorenzo Z. Hill, 22, of New Madrid, Missouri, was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a non-moving traffic violation.
• Mark D. Sparks, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.
• Carmella A. Johnson, 26, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Lisa G. Cianfrone, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for disturbing the public peace and a Hudson County, New Jersey, Sheriff's Department warrant for dangerous drugs.
• Denzel T. Smith, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for statutory rape.
