Cape Girardeau police report 7/24/14

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jared A. Thomas, 20, 227 Enclave Circle, Apt. B3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked and expired license plates.

* Ethen J. Braughton, 23, 135 S. Lorimier, Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of property damage at 15 N. Main St.

* Austin D. Musgrove, 30, of Morley, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to drive on the right side of the road.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of medications were reported at 1109 Giboney Ave.

* Eclips, 52 S. Plaza Way, reported burglary and the theft of money.

Thefts

* A wallet and a tactical knife were reported stolen at 1619 Whitener St.

* A check was reported stolen and forgery was reported at 15 N. Henderson Ave.

* Checks and a phone charger were reported stolen at 817 Illinois Ave.

* A speaker was reported stolen at 3013 Mimosa Drive.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 3208 Themis St.

* Hutson's Fine Furniture Co., 43 S. Main St., reported a window broken.

Miscellaneous

* Child molestation was reported.
