  • Eric T. Collins, 37, 118 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and failure to signal.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and were placed in protective custody.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Emmanuel C. Fox, 19, of Jonesboro, Illinois, and Zionna T. Mehalopoulos, 17, of Cape Girardeau were arrested on suspicion of stealing assorted food items at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

  • A mirror, shoes, DVD player, miscellaneous movies and book were reported stolen and miscellaneous items were reported damaged at 234 N. Lorimier St.
  • A firearm was reported stolen at 1906 Greenbrier Drive.
  • An iPhone 6 Plus was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
  • Alcohol was reported stolen at Rhodes.
  • A recorder, jewelry and belt buckle were reported stolen at 2805 Luce St.
  • A vehicle was reported stolen at 1621 Independence St.
  • A checkbook and refund card were reported stolen at 2512 Masters Drive.
  • License plates were reported stolen.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 2415 Melrose Ave.
  • The city of Cape Girardeau reported property damage at 835 S. West End Blvd.

  • Three violations of orders of protection were reported.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
