The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Amber N. Peet, 27, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Matthew B. Rider, 32, 3011 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for dangerous drugs and two traffic offenses.
* Breonna M. Reeves, 19, of Scott City was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and twice stealing and on a Missouri warrant for probation violation.
* Courtney S. Leer, 24, 210 S. Hanover St., No., 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Tanner L. Thorne, 27, homeless, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Melvine C. Stuckey, 21, 804 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Madison R. Kramer, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage.
* Money was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* A wallet, GPS unit and sunglasses were reported stolen at 1847 Autumn Drive.
* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.
* Boulder Construction reported property damage and the theft of copper line at 2116 Megan Drive.
* A broken vehicle window was reported at 1549 Parksite Drive.
* A broken vehicle window and the theft of a bank bag and cash were reported at 108 N. Park Ave.
* A driver-side vehicle door was reported damaged and the theft of headphones, a driver's license, check book, cruise tickets and a debit card were reported at 106 S. Henderson Ave.
* A campaign sign was reported damaged at 1524 Perryville Road.
* Assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
