The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending charges of driving without a license and failure to drive on the right side of the road.

* Queen Elena Neal, 22, 423 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Amanda Marie Campbell, 28, 618 North St., was arrested on a St. Francois county warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting.

* Marsha D. Davis, 35, homeless, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting.

Summons

* Richard L. Bollwerk, 63, 1537 Parksite Drive, received a summons for a fence/sign violation.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Montessori School, 418 Independence St., reported mail stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen. Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 2105 Woodhaven Road.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was re- ported.

* A 34-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
