CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Nicole M. Guth, 35, 1516 Elfrink Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for violation of court order.
• Scott M. Conklin, 42, and Christen M. Conklin, 25, both of 114 Willow Heights, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Ray L. Legg III, 23, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
• Brandi S. Adams, 27, of Naylor, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing fireworks at Hoffman Fireworks, 2148 William St.
• A briefcase, wallet, iPad II, iPhone and accessories, and a watch were reported stolen at 2867 Walden Blvd.

• Jerome Maclin Jr., no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• Kyle W. Ellis, no age given, of Murphysboro, Illinois, was issued a summons for improper registration and failure to yield.
• Jessica N. Dowdy, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Christen Conklin, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Latasha M. Jenkins, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal neglect.
• Scott M. Conklin, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Colby M. Beussink, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Destiny D. Bennett, no age given, of Anna, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.

Thefts

• A cellphone was reported stolen at AT&T, 3049 William St.
• Prescription medicine was reported stolen at Good Hope and Ellis streets.
• Stealing and fraudulent use of credit/debit device were reported.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 2136 William St.
• The city of Cape Girardeau reported a bleacher was stolen at 1218 S. Minnesota Ave.
• A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 2906 Kage Road.
• Stealing, fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and domestic assault were reported.
• A dealer license plate from Cape Girardeau Honda was reported stolen at 385 Siemers Drive.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported.
• A vehicle was reported damaged at 505 N. Kingshighway.
• An air-pump door and lock were reported damaged at 1624 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A request for service was reported.

• Kristina A. Weibrecht, 36, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

• Heidi F. Isspeih, 30, of DeSoto, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Morris C. Montgomery III, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for assault.
• Jordy W. Collins, 26, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Ronald S. Roark Sr., 33, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of two counts of second-degree assault.
• Christopher L. Franklin, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and speeding.
• Weenena A. Lamoureux, 37, of Fruitland was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jody P. Williams, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without having a valid license.
• Makala M. Lopez, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
• Dennis S. Craft, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
• Korey W. King, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey a judge's orders for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
