Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Nicole M. Guth, 35, 1516 Elfrink Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for violation of court order.
- Scott M. Conklin, 42, and Christen M. Conklin, 25, both of 114 Willow Heights, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Ray L. Legg III, 23, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
- Brandi S. Adams, 27, of Naylor, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing fireworks at Hoffman Fireworks, 2148 William St.
- A briefcase, wallet, iPad II, iPhone and accessories, and a watch were reported stolen at 2867 Walden Blvd.

- Destiny D. Bennett, no age given, of Anna, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.
Thefts
- A cellphone was reported stolen at AT&T, 3049 William St.
- Prescription medicine was reported stolen at Good Hope and Ellis streets.
- Stealing and fraudulent use of credit/debit device were reported.
- A bicycle was reported stolen at 2136 William St.
- The city of Cape Girardeau reported a bleacher was stolen at 1218 S. Minnesota Ave.
- A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 2906 Kage Road.
- Stealing, fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and domestic assault were reported.
- A dealer license plate from Cape Girardeau Honda was reported stolen at 385 Siemers Drive.
Assault
- Domestic assault was reported.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported.
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 505 N. Kingshighway.
- An air-pump door and lock were reported damaged at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
