DWI

* Aaron M. Kasten, 20, of Eureka, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Robert E. Lee Myers IV, 19, 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Tonya M. Bruce, 36, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a parole violation.

* Michael D.L. Sanders, 47, 304 Mill St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a camcorder and making a false declaration at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A suspect was arrested pending formal charges of robbery and assault.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing earrings at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Alan W. Niswonger, 52, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Antonio F. Truss, 37, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for improper registration.

* Jaurez F. Johnson, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

* Samuel Sparks, 66, 1231 S. Pacific St., received a summons for leash-law and animal license violations.

* Tommie L. Donaldson, 48, 431 S. Ellis St., received a citation for an animal at large.
