The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Tricia A. Roberts, 28, homeless, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for probation violation, larceny and failure to appear and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Sebastian T. Thomas Jr., 33, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for felony failure to appear for traffic offense.
  • Steven L. Vanvickle, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for a probation violation.
  • Carlos S. Jones, 36, 813 Illinois Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court (failure to obey judge).
  • Damarcus T. Pryor Jr., 17, 1618 Oak Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous clothing and items at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., and on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Melanie A. Carr, 54, 2932 LaMesa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody.
  • Dustin R. Everett, 26, 2004 Broadway, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Beverly D. Haley, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing from a building.
  • Mark T. Landgraf, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.

  • Alcohol was reported stolen at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, 2021 Independence St.
  • A Cub Cadet mower was reported stolen at 235 Broadway.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 1101 William St.
  • A scooter and go kart were reported stolen at 503 S. West End Blvd.
  • Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

  • A motion detector and wood door were reported damaged at 1600 Bessie St.

Miscellaneous

  • Request for service was reported.
