The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Rocky Gathright, no age given, 414 Albert St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the road and driving while revoked.
* Raine Thomas Morris, 23, 1517 Wayne St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and a suspended operator's license.
* Damon Leon Brand, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.
* Rex Allen Howard Jr., 23, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Christopher Lee Harrington, 41, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
* Harley L. Wicker, no age given, of Perkins, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Taylor R. Oberg, no age given, of Centralia, Illinois, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.
* Larry Duane Tanner, 34, of Delta was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Kelly Wayne Clark, 30, of Manchester, Tennessee, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Salina Louraine Adams, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Darian B. Prater, 18, 421 Sheridan Drive, Apt. E, was issued a summons for nuisance party and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Tiana Janay Lewis, 19, 421 Sheridan Drive, Apt. E, was issued a summons for nuisance party and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* McKayla Suzanne Hodge, 18, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Rani Lynn Burden, 21, 116 Parkwood Lake St., No. 132, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Avery Centil Whitney, 23, 426 Frederick St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* Kenneth G. Swan, no age given, 416 Louis St., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
* Mitchell J. Kramer, no age given, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* A truck mirror was reported damaged in the 300 block of Albert Street.
* Stealing was reported at 2011 N. Kingshighway.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at North Main Street and Broadway.
* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported food stolen.
* A leaf blower was reported stolen at 1551 Grandview Drive.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 507 Washington St.
* Dollar General, 724 Broadway, reported a blue backpack stolen.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Failure to return to confinement was reported.
* Assist other agency was reported.
* A dog bite was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
* Forgery was reported at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
