CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, driving while intoxicated and failure to display lamps on a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Patrick S. Gilbert, 36, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
• Jacqueline M. Kahmke, 31, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested at 3265 William St. on an Arnold, Missouri, warrant for no insurance.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing a laptop and groceries and unlawful possession of an illegal weapon at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Assault

• Assault was reported.

Thefts

• A bicycle was reported stolen at 2026 Montgom- ery St.
• Stealing and forgery were reported.
• Clothing was reported stolen from Dollar General, 724 Broadway.
• Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.

Property damage

• Damage to a lawn and shrubs was reported at 330 S. Kingshighway.
• Damage to a wall was reported at PolyOne Corp., 2500 Spartech Drive.
