* James D. Toole, 37, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
* Cecil Sampson Jr., 31, no address given, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation.
* Taylor Oberg, 20, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
* Victor R. Frymire, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Burglary and theft was reported at 1720 Oak Hills Drive.
* Robbery and property damage were reported.
* Theft was reported at 1636 Independence St.
* Theft and property damage were reported at 3020 Boutin Drive.
* Theft of CDs and cases, two padlocks, two pairs of scissors and an in-dash CD player was reported at 1933 Delwin St.
* Damage to a car window was reported at 835 S. West End Blvd.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 660 S. Sprigg St.
* Clayton Mackenzie, 24, no address given, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* Fredrick D. Walker, 32, 18 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for violating animal leash law.
* James E. Clippard, no age given, 2825 Bloomfield Road, No. 105, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Dorothy S. Miller, 3418 Glenview Drive, was issued a summons for improper backing.
* Steve L. Sullivan, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
* A request for service was reported.
* A 53-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 43-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* A violation of order of protection was reported at 1712 Woodlawn Drive.
* A juvenile suspect was reported as beyond parental control at 517 Amethyst St.
