The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gabriel Derice Houseman, 27, 920 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Anthony Michael Ramirez, 30, 31 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject was in custody on suspicion of forgery, carrying no proof of insurance, not having a driver's license and having an unlicensed vehicle.

* A subject was in custody on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Paige L. Reyes Calis, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Justin Lee Hughes, 25, 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. 4, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Matthew J. Coleman, 190 Kensington Lane, was issued a summons for following too closely.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a video game system were reported at 1250 College St.

Thefts

* Stealing, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Rhodes 101 Stop, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A theft was reported at 417 Albert St.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, on Sprigg Street, reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged and two bicycles were reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* Property damage was reported at 926 S. Pacific St.

* Property damage was reported at 2563 Ranchito Drive.

* Property damage was reported at 801 Good Hope St.
