The Cape Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alan-Michael D. Hess, 20, of Bell City, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Blaze M. Stephens, 21, 711 Terrace Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving without a valid license.

* Christopher D. Metheney, 32, 114 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Sullivan County, Tennessee, warrant for false report.

* Lameeka A. Waters, 29, 905 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Danniell J. Knuckles, 23, 910 Jefferson St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

Summonses

* Christopher D. Brindley, 29, 2040 Broadway, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* London M. Hendeershott, 20, 2682 County Road 645, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Thefts

* A gas trimmer was reported stolen at 1134 S. Kingshighway.

* Stealing was reported at 120 N. Main St.

* Checks and prescription medicine were reported stolen and forgery was reported at 301 Hillcrest Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* Protective custody was reported.
