  • Quentin A. Hopper, 18, of Jackson was arrested at Christine and Bloomfield streets on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Troy A. Crowden, 38, of Glenallen, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing and two Bollinger County, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to appear.
  • Jeremy Nelson, 45, 922 S. Ellis St., was arrested at 3014 Blattner Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassing communication.
  • Ryan S. Turner, 20, 1118 Jefferson Ave., was arrested at 2818 Whitener St. on suspicion of tampering.
  • Jessica D. Daivs, 22, 2818 Whitener St., No. 9, was arrested on Butler Street on suspicion of tampering.

Thefts

  • An air-condition unit was reported stolen at 825 William St.
  • Shoplifting was reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • An Xbox One was reported stolen at 508 Cape Meadows Circle.
  • Prescription medication was reported stolen at 55 N. Pind Wood Lane.
