The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brian M. Oshea, 30, 560 Timon Way, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation for driving while intoxicated.

* Christopher M. Jordan, 24, 615 Sycamore Circle, Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Traylon D. Lawrence, 21, 2106 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Curtis P. Williams Jr., 19, 5 Village Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* David R. Smith, 26, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear for a headlight violation and no operator's license.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1141 S. Pacific St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 41 S. Hanover St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 914 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

* A car's headlight was reported damaged at 801 Good Hope St.

* Windows and frames were reported damaged at 1865 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Parental kidnapping was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 32-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
