The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stephanie L. Farrar, 19, 58 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for hindering prosecution.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of property damage.

* Wade A. Moore, 43, 1467 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Lanee A. Max, 22, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 46, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked and on suspicion of false declaration, driving while revoked and unlicensed vehicle.

* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Raymond K. Marshall III, 24, 2522 Ranchito Drive, received a summons for trespassing and peace disturbance.

* Patricia A. Shands, 58, and Lisa M. Hopper, age not given, both of Charleston, Mo., received summonses for stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Roland Machinery, 3364 Percy Drive, reported a burglary and the theft of a battery, buckets of oil and a gas can.

Thefts

* A computer was reported stolen at 1102 Patricia St.

* Money was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* An insurance card, toolbox, jumper cables and license plates were reported stolen at 1512 Big Bend Road.

* Rhodes 101, 10 West End Blvd., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A car dolly was reported stolen.

Property damage

* Soto Properties reported damage to a door at 2845 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported.

* Passing a bad check was reported at 2100 William St.
