DWI

  • Paul N. Ham, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Spanish and Themis streets.

Arrest

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

  • Justin C. James, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
  • Deborah N. O'Neill, 24, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Layne G. Spies, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Route 74.
  • Tia S. Barks, 41, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage at 1435 Clark Ave.
