Arrests

* George L. Whitehead Jr., 24, 735 William St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Keitree D. Shannon, 23, 622 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license, a probation and parole violation for possession of a controlled substance and on suspicion of domestic assault, assault on police and resisting arrest.

* Giner A. Ewing, 53, 1015 Bloomfield St., Apt. 9, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* Taylor S. Moore, 20, 711 West Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Cameron M. Malone Jr., 20, 531 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a concealed weapon and resisting detention.

* James E. Cusick, 37, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of and stealing.

* Seana K. Buskohl, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* William R. James, 40, 63 Sena Fawn Drive, Apt. H, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Christy D. Graham, 35, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Leobardo Quintas, 22, 3033 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of no valid license and running a red light.

* Gregory A. Voelker, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

* Stephanie N. Cerny, 32, of St. Louis received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Shawn N. McLendon, 32, 1900 N. Kingshighway, No. 3, received a summons for stealing at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Barbara J. Ebert, 58, 555 N. Spring Ave., received a summons for trespassing.

* Luther T. Conwell, 55, 325 S. Lorimier St., received a summons for a leash-law violation and dog at large.

* Jonnie L. Bridges-Green, 39, 903 Ranney Ave., received a summons for a noise violation.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

* A Blu-ray player and movies were reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A burglary and damage to a glass window and metal door were reported at 909 Jefferson Ave.

* A burglary and the theft of a lock box were reported at 616 Boxwood Drive.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg Street, reported fuel stolen.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported an attempted theft.

* Southeast Hospital, 1701 Lacey St., reported soap stolen.
