The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of forgery.

* Sarah Melissa McFall, 26, 909 Hickory St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Adam Norris, 39, 1015 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, littering and possession of an imitation controlled substance.

* Nicholas Wheeler, 29, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, littering and possession of an imitation controlled substance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 1025 Broadway.

* A 1995 Pontiac was reported stolen at 827 Jefferson Ave.

Property damage

* Lemores Coin, 470 S. Kingshighway, reported a video game damaged. A subject was in custody pending filing formal charges in connection to the incident.

Miscellaneous

* A 41-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
