The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Carl A. Boitnott, 26, 1721 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, expired plates, driving while suspended and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, no operator's license and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

* Amy E. Shaw, 35, 2833 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving under drug intoxication, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid driver's license.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested on suspicion of stealing antiques from 45 N. Main St.

* Jamie L. White, 35, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for burglary.

* Orenthiew J. Tipler, 33, 3810 Mimosa Drive, No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for operating an unlicensed vehicle.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Ahesha N. Kirkpatrick, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to yield right of way.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Ben S. Phillips II, 32, 105 Clark St., Apt. 109, was arrested on a Washington County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

* Devin F. Dormeyer, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Anthony L. Cummings, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* A 16-year-old juvenile was taken into custody for curfew violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Theft of a Nikon digital high-tech camera and a firearm were reported at 429 Optimist Drive.

* Theft of a firearm was reported at 429 S. Benton St.

Property damage

* Damage to a door frame and trespassing were reported at 1026 Bloomfield St.

* Edible Arrangements, 1750 N. Kingshighway, reported damage to a door.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A request for service was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.
