The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Andre E. Holmes, 58, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Krysten L. Essner, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for shoplifting.
• Theresa M. Randol, 37, 412 N. Louisiana St., was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Jada S. Jordan, 18, of Mesa, Arizona, was issued a summons and cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley St.
• Jenny D. Spurlock, 32, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault was reported.
• Assault was reported.

Thefts

• A vehicle title was reported stolen.
• Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported.
• A firearm was reported stolen on South Benton Street.
• Identity theft was reported.
• Counterfeiting was reported at Schnucks, 19 Kingshighway.

Robbery

• Robbery was reported at 921 William St.

Property damage

• A front door was reported damaged at 521 Asher St.
• A vehicle was reported damaged at 2434 Brookwood Drive.
• Window glass on a vehicle was reported damaged at 2423 Melrose Ave.
• Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 1873 Marietta St.
• Window glass on a vehicle was reported damaged at 2005 Sara Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A 33-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• A 53-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
