  • Andre E. Holmes, 58, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Krysten L. Essner, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for shoplifting.
  • Theresa M. Randol, 37, 412 N. Louisiana St., was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • Jada S. Jordan, 18, of Mesa, Arizona, was issued a summons and cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley St.
  • Jenny D. Spurlock, 32, of Jonesboro, Illinois, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
