The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

DWI

• Jason M. Kirby, 22, of Jackson was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and exhibition driving.

Arrests

• Justin R. Depauw, 38, 101 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
• Andrew S. Chronister, 28, 3005 Mimosa St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Amy E. Seals, 23, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Diangelo L. Rice, 21, 1717 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

• Walter J. Williams, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license and failing to stop at a stop sign.
• Damon T. Batton, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for refusal to identify a witness and assault.
• Angel A. Stabbs, 21, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for assault.
• Trenton D. Brewer, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for assault and stealing gun cleaner at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Veronicka G. Zimmerman, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at West Park Mall, 3049 William St.
• Stephen W. Fair, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Tiffany M. Brey, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to yield after stopping.
• Jack C. Trickey, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Peggy A. Ronison, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Angela K. Taylor, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Tekoa Y. Hastings, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
• Darren C. Overbey, 24, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Tommy S. Dudley, 55, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

• A purse was reported stolen and a vehicle tampered with at 101 Cape West Parkway.
• Paperwork was reported stolen and a vehicle tampered with at 247 Siemers Drive.
• A Wii U console and game were reported stolen and a vehicle tampered with at 247 Siemers Drive.
• Shoplifting was reported at Target, 202 Siemers Drive.
• First State Community Bank reported a theft at 611 S. Sprigg St.
• Theft was reported at 2320 Perryville Road.
• A debit card was reported stolen at West Park Mall, 3049 William St.
• A bicycle was reported stolen.
• A firearm and sunglasses were reported stolen at 2522 Saddle Ridge Lane.
• A radar and gun were reported stolen at 2320 Winners Circle.
• Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported shoplifting.
• A Bluetooth speaker, cash and sunglasses were reported stolen at 2620 Kent Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 247 Siemers Drive.
• A vehicle was reported damaged at 241 E. Cape Rock Drive.

• A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A request for service was reported.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
