DWI

* David S. Siar, 22, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to yield.

Arrests

* Aaron E. Frederick, 26, of New Iberia, La., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Stephanie N. Cerny, 32, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.

* Dustin M. Martin, 20, 617 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

* Elizabeth E. Perryman, 21, 225 S. Lorimier St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, no insurance and following too close.

* April D. Owens, 36, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Rodney L. Coomer, 53, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Will J. Shoemaker, 33, homeless, was arrested on an Advance, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for expired license plates.

* Whitney V. Durrant, 24, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 211, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of a court order.

* Gary W. Davis III, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation for property damage.

* Tyler M Arpin, 18, 180 Whispering Oaks, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of having an open container.

Burglaries

* A burglary and damage to a metal window screen were reported at 2913 Park West Heights Drive.

* A burglary, property damage and the theft of alcohol, baseball cards, papers, medication, jewelry and household goods were reported.

* A burglary and the theft of a laptop computer were reported at 914 Hickory St.

* A burglary and the theft of medications and jewelry were reported at 1716 Independence St.

* A burglary was reported at 3245 Bordeau Drive.

* A burglary, damage to window screens and the theft of a Nintendo game, DVDs, PlayStation and games, speakers, coffee pot, microwave, baseball cards and DVD player were reported at 605 N. Spanish St.

Thefts

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1704 Broadway.

* Theft was reported at 101 S. Park St.

* A credit card was reported stolen at 3102 Lexington Ave.

* Money was reported stolen at 535 Siemers Drive.

* A 2009 silver Chevrolet Silverado was reported stolen at 2420 Lombardo Drive and later recovered.

* Shoes, a debit card, GPS unit, checkbooks and garage door opener were reported stolen at 2209 Kent Drive.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A drill, impact driver, flashlight and chargers were reported stolen at 2613 Gardenia Lane.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Violation of order of protection was reported.
