CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Montrail Fitzgerald Murray, 20, 341 Country Club Drive, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Russell Shawn Schwahsch, 32, 2114 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for improper passing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

Summons

* Saturnino D. Chavez-Hernandez, no age given, was issued a summons for making an improper turn and driving without a valid driver's license.

Property damage

* A vehicle hood was reported damaged at 539 Middle St.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Robbery

* Robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of an Xbox 360 and a television were reported.

Miscellaneous

* Child molestation was reported.

* Service was requested.
