* Randy G. Lewis, 29, 3009 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Andrew J. Fetters, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Steven R. Hanks, 20, 912 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of no operator's license.

* Quinton W. Headrick Jr., 43, 1323 Brenda Kay Court, Apt. C, was arrested on a warrant for statutory sodomy.

* Alex M. Rhodes, 19, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for a traffic violation.

* Theotis Robinson, 48, 1232 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Ronald G. Elbert, 32, 2728 Luce St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing and on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* David R. Oliver, 46, 1903 Brink Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and property damage.

* A 16-year-old boy was arrested on a warrant.
