* Collin Q. Strong, no age given, of Ballwin, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county jail.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported.
