DWI

* Ronald R. Ervin, 51, 922 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of DWI, no insurance, failure to maintain a single lane and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrest

* Tara L. Labeff, 18, 1032 W. Mount Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for probation violation for stealing.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* Theft of jewelry and medical supplies was reported at 614 Terry Lane.

* Theft of firearms was reported at 403 S. Hanover St.

* Theft of a firearm was reported at 1108 Harmony St.

* Theft of an iPod was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Theft of jewelry was reported at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Theft of jewelry was reported at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft of a credit card was reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 77 N. Main St.

* Damage to furniture was reported at 212 S. Lorimier St.

* Damage to playground equipment was reported at 2100 Rotary Drive.

* Damage to property from spray paint was reported at 900 Themis St.

* Damage to a sliding glass door was reported at 209 Pind Wood Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A 61-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 59-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* An 18-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Amanda D. Eftink, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Victoria L. Carlin, 52, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Jake A. Scroggins, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Brett T. Crites, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage, first-degree stealing and first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Donald W. Hazelwood, 17, of Altenburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and for being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Brian N. Harris, 45, of Dutchtown was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Reba K. Hickey, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possessing up to 35 grams of marijuana and driving while revoked.

* Antonio D. Hopkins, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Alberto J. Rodriguez, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

* Daniel L. Richards, 53, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping.
