The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Steven L. Puellman, 31, of Bridgeton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, leaving the scene of a collision and striking a legally parked vehicle.

Arrests

  • David M Hart, 43, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Montez M. Baker, 38, 234 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Claudia L. Morgan, 23, 429 S. Hanover St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to have a license, failure to display plates and no insurance and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
  • Brandon D. Tipler, 35, of New Madrid, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.
  • Susan E. Farris, 44, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Levi R. Elledge, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and indecent exposure.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of forgery, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of an imitation controlled substance, displaying plates of another vehicle and driving while revoked.
  • Samantha L. Degarcia, no age given, of Bertrand, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothes at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

  • Money was reported stolen at 1920 Whitener St.
  • Theft and forgery were reported.
  • A car stereo, speaker, cellphone, mirror and tools were reported stolen and the back glass of a vehicle were reported damaged at 624 Boxwood Drive.
  • Two checkbooks were reported stolen at 262 Capaha Trail.
  • Numerous credit cards were reported stolen.
  • A Border collie was reported stolen at 535 S. Benton St.
  • A license plate was reported stolen at 1814 Thilenius St.
  • Home goods were reported stolen at 670 Napa Circle.
  • A CD was reported stolen at 604 Boxwood Drive.
  • A package was reported stolen at 1822 Dunklin St.
  • A stereo was reported stolen at 3019 Themis St.

  • A burglary and the theft of backpack, computer monitor, television, Chromebook and Tab 2 were reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.

  • Assault was reported.
