Arrests

  • Caleb W. Lee, 25, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Lola A. Cox, 56, of Whitewater was arrested on a Fredericktown, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
  • Aaron J. Drake, 26, 1123 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for robbery and family offense and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Mackenzie C. Dale, 26, 800 West Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance and delivery of contraband and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of an imitation controlled drug.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of robbery, resisting or interfering with arrest, armed criminal action and recovered property.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Ricky L. Sparks, 61, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a nuisance violation.
  • Willie M. Storey, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

  • License plates were reported stolen at 2850 Whitener St.
  • Firearms and cases were reported stolen at 2432 Melrose Ave.
  • Medication was reported stolen.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 2427 Melrose Ave.
