CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Tracy M. Cookson, 42, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to use turn signal, failure to stop at a steady red light and speeding.
• Jeffrey E. Brown, 27, 3208 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of following too closely, driving while intoxicated and having no insurance.

Arrests

• Donald L. Hunsaker, 49, 212 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving and driving while revoked.
• Bruce G. Smith, 53, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.
• Tarrington L. Marks, 20, 30 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery and armed criminal action.
• Bradley W. Rosencrans, 19, 410 Washington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and misrepresentation of age.

Assault

• Assault, burglary, stealing, property damage and armed criminal action were reported.

Robbery

• Robbery was reported at 2400 County Park Drive.

Burglaries

• Burglary and theft of a television, laptop and jewelry were reported at 1123 N. Fountain St.
• Burglary, theft of a television and damage to a door frame were reported at 1439 Whitener St.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Theft was reported at Cape West 14 Cine, 247 Siemers Drive.
• Theft was reported at Cape Splash, 1565 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

• Accidental property damage was reported at 3280 Perryville Road.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 2374 Cheetah Lane.
• A request for service was made at 410 Kiwanis Drive.
• A request for service was made at 2851 Whitener St.
• A person was reported missing at 911 Ranney St.
• An unattended death was reported.
