The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Mendy K. Downing, 37, 2920 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while consuming an alcoholic beverage.

Arrests

* Robert A. Mouser, 53, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Chantelle L. Carlisle, 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Scott County warrants for possession of marijuana and probation violation.

* Steven M. Brannan, 26, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for driving with an expired license.

Summonses

* Jeremy L. Taylor, 37, 521 S. Middle St., Apt. B, received a summons for open container of alcohol in public.

* Robert E. Meyers III, 36, 1119 Good Hope St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of an Xbox and controllers were reported at 110 N. Hanover St.

Thefts

* Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 740 Watkins Drive.

* A motor vehicle and a credit card were reported stolen at 1432 N. Water St.

* A TomTom GPS device, iPod Nano and two chargers were reported stolen from a vehicle.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A bicycle, scooter and barbecue grill were reported stolen at 125 Clark Ave.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 121 East Rodney Drive.

Property damage

* Damage to a soccer field was reported at 1218 Minnesota Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
