CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Tyler J. Clark, 28, 3009 Mosley Lane, was arrested on a probation warrant for parole violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
- Johnny L. Pruitt, 39, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for child restraint.
- Frederick W. Moore, 21, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cole County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
- Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
- A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody.
- Amy L. DeLacruz, 32, of Jefferson City, Missouri, was arrested on a Festus, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for no insurance, on a Jefferson County warrant for a traffic violation and a Crystal City, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
- Kristofer R. Harlow, 20, of Woodlawn, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of a driver's license and failure to stop at a red light.
- Maurice V. Wallace, 18, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
- Lola A. Cox, 56, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
Summonses
- Brooklyn J. Plumley, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Amy L. DeLacruz, 32, and Sheila A. Jones, no age given, both of Jefferson City, Missouri, were issued summonses for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Diane S. O'Kelly, 64, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for making a false report.
- Shawn D. Stockard Sr., 44, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
- Kenneth G. Ruiz, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
- Zhaopeng Meng, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes.
- Tabitha R. Yamnitz Daub, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
- Kelly M. Irvin, no age given, of Leopold, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
- Kristin D. Bradley, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
- Dana L. Vinyard, no age given, of Thompsonville, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
- Jessica M. Snell, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
- Rita J. Cato, no age given, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Thefts
- Several cellphones were reported stolen at Modern Technology, 1936 Broadway.
- Stealing was reported by Buzzi Unicem, 2701 S. Sprigg St.
- Identity theft was reported.
- A Samsung Galaxy Note was reported stolen at 36 N. Pind Wood Lane.
- Alcohol was reported stolen at CVS Pharmacy, 2161 William St.
Assault
- Assault and trespassing were reported.
Property damage
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 1558 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
- Harassment was reported.
- Illegal dumping was reported at 824 Independence St.
- Counterfeiting was reported at The Bank of Missouri, 440 Broadway.
- Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
- A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
- Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 1218 Minnesota Ave.

Arrests
- Cole A. Ussery, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and on a Scott City warrant for possession of marijuana.
- Melissa L. Brown, 41, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for neglecting a child.
- Brandon D. Tipler, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Sherrie L. Boyer, 57, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
- Susan R. Hayden, 52, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
- Kassie L. Diesel, 18, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.
- Gregory S. King, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Travis W. Shavers Sr., 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
