The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jessica M. Kuntze, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Savon D. Jones, 17, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of a false declaration, speeding and no operator's license.

* Three boys ages 12, 15 and 16 were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Kevin A. Jones, 28, of Morley, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for possession of chemicals with the intent to manufacture.

* Leevi D. Grammer, 19, 2045 Woodland Hills, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts of noise.

* Jujuan Demarco Bell, 21, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of walking in the street where sidewalks are provided.

* Troy M. Carmona, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* An iPhone 4 was reported stolen at 26 N. Main St.

* Subway, 701 Broadway, reported a cash register damaged and money stolen.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.

* Stealing was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A cell phone and an Otter Box were reported stolen at 13 Doctors Park Drive.

Burglary

* Burglary and property damage were reported at 2825 Bloomfield.

* A LCD television and a laptop were reported stolen at 2784 Lynwood Hills Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle's window was reported damaged at 2810 Whitener St.

* Deadbolt locks and a business sign light were reported damaged at 1934 Broadway.

* A vehicle's tires were reported damaged at 2031 Cape Lacroix Road.

Miscellaneous

* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 19-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 35-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 56-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
