* Kevin M. Peters, no age given, 2720 Themis St., No. 2, was issued a summons for following too close, improper registration and no proof of insurance.

* Lindsey A. Harrah, no age given, of St. Ann, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Billy L. Munger, no age given, of East Prairie, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Devon J. Reeves, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, no proof of insurance, failure to drive in a single lane, leaving the scene of an accident and no valid operator's license.

* Phillip R. Dillow, no age given, of Dongola, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.
