The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jeremiah E. Dukes, 28, 539 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of DWI, driving while revoked and no headlights.

* Deandre C. Whalen, 23, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of DWI and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

Arrests

* David W. Salzmann, 44, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a law enforcement officer and knowingly burning or exploding.

* Amber N. Kennedy, 18, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for prohibited parking.

* Jacob A. Christopher, 17, 19 Garnett St., was arrested on a Dauphin County, Pa., warrant for aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct in fighting and conspiracy.

* Heather R. Taylor, 36, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* James B. Hightower, 32, 408 Belleview St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked and assault.

* Subjects are in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing of a controlled substance.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and assault.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and arson were reported at U.S. Bank property, 801 S. Benton St.

* A burglary and theft of a television, two gaming systems and movies were reported at 1005 S. Ellis St.

* Theft was reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.

* Mallory K. Meyr, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at steady red light.

* Garmeisha D. Terry, 26, 1013 S. Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Amber Gray, age not given, of Jonesboro, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.

* Kimberly A. Baker, 49, was issued two summonses for excessive weed growth.

* Ralph J. Knoblauch, 73, of Peoria, Ill., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* April S. Motsinger, 40, 2800 Pioneer Drive, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Miscellaneous

* Runaway juveniles were reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* A 45-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.

Theft

* Theft of two debit cards and a credit card was reported in Lot 1-21.
