The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Driving while intoxicated was reported.

Arrests

• Samuel L. Brown, 53, 12 N. Pind Wood Drive, was arrested at 262 Siemers Drive on a Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Cecil M. Jenkins, 46, 329 S. Sprigg St., was arrested at 262 Siemers Drive on a St. Louis warrant for domestic assault.

Summonses

• Shannon E. Nevill, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at Chesapeake Avenue and Potomac Drive.
• Jakie F. Hahs, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 1611 Luce St.

Thefts

• Money was reported stolen.
• An iPhone 6 and case were reported stolen at 1157 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Identity theft was reported.
• Accidental death was reported.
