  • Sarah E. Anderson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
  • Ibraheem A. Azis, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

  • Shoplifting was reported at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
  • Shoplifting was reported at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, 2021 Independence St.
