The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Travis W. Shavers Sr., 30, 1005 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Daniel J. Sleck, 27, of Park Hills, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Cynthia A. Herd, 43, 405 Estate Drive, No. 124, was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Dirt Cheap, 420 S. Kingshighway.

* Toby K. Adams, 21, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing candy and paint at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Robert A. Hart, 37, 807 Perry Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Phillip E. Jackson, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Willie D. James, 29, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. C1, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Cory R. Lacy, 30, 1145 West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of a nuisance party.

* Jared S. Pritchard, 26, 360 Dearmont Circle, was arrested on suspicion of nuisance party.

* Richard D. Upchurch, 50, of Scott City was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear and a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael W. Jones, 51, of Benton, Kentucky, was arrested on a Kentucky warrant for parole violation.

* A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody.

Summonses

* Thomas L. Masterson Jr., 56, 2062 Steven Drive, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Constance N. Bevirt, 20, 801 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

* Jialin Wang, 23, 801 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

* Ginny S. Gardner, 23, 801 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

* Allen E. Moss III, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault and aggravated stalking were reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* Aeropostale, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* Theft of an iPhone and Otterbox was reported.

* Theft of a cellphone was reported at 2 N. Main St.

* A firearm was reported stolen at 2015 Brink Ave.

* Two cameras were reported stolen at 1630 Themis St.

Burglaries

* Burglary, property damage and the theft of a wallet and cellphone were reported at 904 N. Fountain St.

* Burglary, damage to porch windows and the theft of an Xbox were reported at 211 S. Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

* Assist other agency was reported.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 44-year-old-woman was taken into protective custody.
